
Special Screening & Panel “Beyond the Bridge:
A Solution to Homelessness"
You're invited to an important event addressing homelessness in our community, sponsored by the University of Michigan School of Social Work ENGAGE, the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, Poverty Solutions, and the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, and the Washtenaw Housing Alliance.
Join us on March 11 from 6-9 PM at the Michigan Theater for a screening of a new documentary, Beyond the Bridge: A Solution to Homelessness. The film explores the root causes of homelessness and potential solutions through insights from various cities.
The screening will be followed by an engaging panel co-moderated by School of Social Work Dean Beth Angell and City of Ann Arbor Mayor, Christopher Taylor, featuring panelists that include:




Prior to the screening, a showcase of University of Michigan faculty research on poverty and homelessness will be featured in the lobby from 5:15-6 PM.
