Betsy Williams brings wide-ranging teaching experience to the School of Social Work, including many semesters of Introductory Composition, Argumentative Writing, and Business Communication. She also served as a Communication Consultant at the UM Ross School of Business, where she helped students with writing and with presentations. And she worked for over ten years in the UM Library, where she provided reference, taught workshops and created online guides and screencast videos.
Betsy holds a B.A. in History and German Studies (double major) from Williams College and an M.A. in American Culture from UM, and has published several short pieces on early American childhood (under her full name, Elizabeth McKee Williams.) Betsy is delighted to join the School of Social Work and looks forward to working closely with our students.
