The CASC student advisory board is hosting its second "Stress to Impress: The Glorification of Busy" event. This will be a conversation on the college culture of stress and being busy, while also learning and applying fun stress management skill-building. Free food and fun activities such as meditation, coloring, cookie decorating, Playdoh, and Twister will be provided. All students, faculty, and staff are welcome to attend!
