Field Education Events & Information Sessions

For all students currently in field.

Students should select and save an Assignment for each competency. You will not be submitting the Ed Agreement to your field instructor at this time that will happen at the end of the term in December.

Please ensure the PVF is submitted on time as this will ensure the students access to their F25 Online Educational Agreement (OEA).

Students must submit their PVFs by  Tuesday 09/09/25 at 5p (EST)

This allows the student’s field instructor/task supervisor sufficient time to make edits and/or approve the PVFs by Tuesday 09/16/25.

Field Instructors from Michigan Medicine will be in-person to share information about the student program and specific placements during this session.

All official field-related notifications are sent to the field instructor's UMich email address. To approve the PVF and eventually the student's Educational Agreement, the Field Instructor(s) must sign in using their uniqname and password.

Pre-Field Orientation is an opportunity to discuss the start of your Field Education experience. This mandatory meeting will go through expectations, important due dates, and help you prepare to begin your field placement.

Field Faculty & Room Locations:

We strongly recommend that students submit their OEA to their Field Instructor/Task Supervisor by 08/01/25 to allow time for their feedback and submission. 

The earliest students can submit their final OEA is on 07/25/25. They will not be accepted prior to this date. The final SS25 OEA's are due on Friday 08/08/25.
