The Jewish Future is Feminist

The University of Michigan School of Social Work’s Jewish Communal Leadership Program and the Frankel Center for Judaic Studies, in partnership with the Jewish Women’s Archive, present Jewish Feminisms/American Visions: Perspectives from Fifty Years of Activism. This event gathers 36 feminist activists and leaders to explore how Jewish identity shaped the development of second-wave American feminism and continues to influence Jewish life today. Inspired by historian Joyce Antler’s Jewish Radical Feminism, participants will reflect on five decades of activism, culture, and change.
