Join us for the first Flourishing in Action event, co-hosted with our ENGAGE Office. The event will feature panelists Justin Hodge, Ayesha Ghazi Edwin, and Victoria Genetin. Together, they will explore the politics of social work and how policy, power, advocacy, and civic engagement shape the profession and the communities social workers and community advocates serve. The panel will create space for dialogue, reflection, and consideration of how you can move from conversation toward informed action.
No RSVP needed. Lunch provided!
This event is part of Grounds for Flourishing: Bringing Campus and Community into Dialogue, supported through the U-M Center for American Dialogue’s Convene with Purpose Speaker Series.
