Community Conversation: Doom Scrolling, Burnout, and Mental Health

In a world of constant notifications, endless scrolling, and nonstop information, many people feel overwhelmed by the emotional weight of the digital age. Doom scrolling and the pressure to always stay connected can contribute to stress, anxiety, burnout, and emotional exhaustion. Together, we hope to reflect on our relationship with technology and how to create healthy boundaries in an always-online world.

Community Conversation: Consensual Non-Monogamy

We invite you to a Community Conversation around Consensual Non-Monogamy (CNM). This is an umbrella term for when individuals are involved in multiple romantic, or intimate relationships with full awareness and consent of everyone involved. This is an opportunity to share our curiosity, understanding and lived experiences related to CNM. If you are interested in learning more or are willing to share your own experiences, we would love to hear your perspectives.

Join us as we practice curiosity, challenge assumptions, and grow together in community.
