We strongly recommend that students submit their EA to their Field Instructor/Task Supervisor by Friday 12/04/26 to give at least one-week advance notice and allow time for their feedback and submission.
The earliest students can submit their final F26 EA is on Friday 12/1/26. EAs will not be accepted prior to this date.
The final F26 EAs are due on Friday 12/11/26.
This is a requirement to pass SW515/SW691.

For all students currently enrolled in field.
Please ensure the PVF is submitted on time as this will ensure the students access to their F26 Online Educational Agreement (OEA).
This is a requirement to pass SW515/ SW691.

Students must submit their Placement Verification Forms by Tuesday 9/15/26.
This allows sufficient time for field instructors/task supervisors to make edits and/or approve PVFs by Tuesday 9/22/26.

LEO Lecturer Tony Alvarez gave the 2017 Kurt Hahn Address at the Association for Experiential Education International Conference in Montreal. The Address is presented annually by a person designated by the Board of Directors who has contributed to the development and advancement of experiential education with the tenacity and conviction exemplified by Kurt Hahn.

Associate Dean for Educational Programs and Professor Mary Ruffolo and her team: Assistant Professor David Córdova, Professor Jorge Delva, Assistant Dean of Field Education and Clinical Assistant Professor Dan Fischer, Associate Dean for Research and Professor Joe Himle, LEO Adjunct Lecturer Adrienne Lapidos, Clinical Assistant Professor Deb Mattison, Assistant Professor Jamie Mitchell, Associate Professor Sandra Momper, LEO Lecturer Daicia Price and Associate Professor Trina Shanks were awarded a grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration to provide inter-professional
