Incoming Student Registration

Incoming student registration will occur in July. Be sure to view both the 'Wolverine Access Registration Walkthrough', which can be found on the Admitted Student Orientation Toolkit, 'Registration & Course Planning' section.

Classes begin on Monday, September 2, 2026, unless otherwise noted on course schedules. The vast majority of social work classes are held in the School of Social Work Building. On occasion, classes may be held in other buildings as well. Typically, classes in the School range in size from 15-35 and generally employ a lecture and discussion format. Classes are taught by regular faculty, clinical faculty, and lecturers. A small number of courses might be taught by doctoral students.
