We invite you to a Community Conversation around The Job Application Process on Monday, June 29 at noon

Applying for a job can be a time consuming and difficult process. Applicants need to put their application package together in a way that catches the attention of recruiters and then pass interviews. Let’s come together to discuss and share tips about the job application process from finding possible positions, putting together a strong application package, interviewing for positions and negotiating salaries. Whether you are in your early 20s or have extensive work experience, let’s learn from each other.

Join us as we practice curiosity, challenge assumptions, and grow together in community.

This is a time for conversation – to share feelings, raise concerns, and talk together as a school community. To aid the conversation, space will be limited.

About Community Conversations.  Community Conversations can be called by anyone in our community. They are designed to help us come together to talk about things that matter. They invite us to consider different perspectives and ideas - even when we disagree. We try to keep them small, since our hope is to explore restorative dialogue and build community, creating a space where we are all teachers and learners. We will draw heavily on practices from intergroup dialogue and restorative justice.

After registering, you will be added to a calendar invite with a Zoom link.
