Join us as BEAM collaborates with Access & Opportunity, Department of Afroamerican and African Studies (DAAS), Rackham Graduate School, and the School of Social Work's Flourish Office for a special Juneteenth celebration to connect, build community, and celebrate Freedom Day 2026! The gathering will include a Welcome from the DAAS Chair Bénédicte Boisseron as well as freedom stories and poetry! The event will be held in the Lemuel Johnson Center and will feature a tour of the GalleryDAAS.
