We invite you to a Community Conversation on Grief.

Grief is a universal human experience, but it looks and feels different for everyone. Whether related to the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, changes in health, loss of identity, or a job transition, grief can deeply impact our lives in both visible and invisible ways. Join us for an open conversation about the many faces of grief—what it means, how it affects us, and how we navigate it as individuals and as a community.

All are welcome, regardless of your connection to the topic. This is a space to share your story, support others, ask questions, or simply listen and be present. Together, we can create community, foster understanding, and learn to support ourselves and one another through loss and change.

About the format

With these smaller Community Conversations, our hope is to explore restorative dialogue and build community, creating a space where we are all teachers and learners. We will draw heavily on practices from intergroup dialogue and restorative justice.
