When do I use the Purchasing or Reimbursement form vs Accounting Documentation form?

The online Purchasing or Reimbursement form is utilized for reimbursement requests and requests to pay individuals or organizations.

The Accounting Documentation form is for submitting receipts for expenses that have already been paid for via PCard or shortcode.
