Build a small therapy caseload gradually, on a schedule that works for you.

Please expect a slow caseload ramp. This is a supplemental, part-time opportunity with limited and variable referrals while we grow. Keep your current job or other income as your GTT caseload develops.

Grow Together Therapy is a Michigan-based outpatient practice seeking a fully licensed clinical social worker for a flexible, part-time 1099 contractor role. Provide virtual therapy to Michigan clients, with optional use of our Dearborn office by arrangement. This opening is a good fit for a clinician who wants a supplemental caseload and room to grow.

COMPENSATION

You receive 60% of collected session revenue to start; GTT retains 40%. Our existing tenure schedule increases the clinician share to 62.5% in months 7-12 and 65% beginning in month 13. Compensation depends on completed sessions, payer reimbursement, and collections. The pay range displayed on Indeed is an estimate for clinical sessions, not a guaranteed hourly wage or salary. There is no guaranteed caseload or weekly income.

FLEXIBILITY AND SUPPORT

Choose your weekly availability and clinical interests. We welcome clinicians seeking a small side caseload, including evening or weekend availability. GTT coordinates credentialing, referral marketing, intake, billing, and administrative support. We provide the practice's EHR and secure telehealth tools. Maggie Alsalah, LMSW, our Clinical Director and co-founder, supports clinical fit and referral matching.

WHO YOU WILL SERVE

We work with children, teens, adults, and families. Let us know your preferred age groups, clinical strengths, and populations. Experience working with children and adolescents is welcome. Referrals are matched to clinical fit, availability, and payer participation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Provide outpatient psychotherapy through secure telehealth and, if mutually arranged, in our Dearborn office.

- Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, and timely documentation.

- Maintain the availability you choose and communicate about client fit and continuity of care.

- Practice within your license, training, and clinical competence.

REQUIREMENTS

- Active, unrestricted Michigan LMSW license with the clinical designation appropriate for independent psychotherapy. This opening is for fully licensed clinicians, not LLMSWs.

- Professional liability insurance of at least $1 million per claim and $3 million aggregate.

- A private workspace in Michigan, reliable internet, and comfort using an EHR and telehealth platform.

- Strong documentation, communication, and clinical judgment.

SLOW CASELOAD RAMP - WHAT TO EXPECT

GTT is a newer, growing practice. Expect a slow, gradual caseload build. You may begin with very few sessions, referrals may arrive unevenly, and some weeks may bring no new referrals. We cannot promise a start date for your first client, a minimum number of sessions, a full caseload, or a fixed timeline for growth. Please plan to keep your current job or other income while your GTT caseload develops. This opportunity is best suited to a clinician comfortable starting small and growing with the practice.

GTT coordinates payer enrollment. Credentialing can delay your clinical start, and insurance sessions can begin only after the required approvals and effective dates are confirmed. After credentialing, caseload growth still depends on referral demand, your availability, payer participation, and client fit. Compensation is based only on collected session revenue.
