About the Role:
We’re currently hiring a Behavior Technician who is ready to bring energy, patience, and heart to their work. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high quality ABA therapy to children and families. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions as a Behavior Technician in home and center settings
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA as a Behavior Technician
- Track progress and collect session data accurately during ABA therapy sessions
- Use positive, evidence-based strategies as a Behavior Technician to support skill development
- Partner with families and supervisors to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA therapy

Schedule & Work Setting:

Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- RBT Certification (Preferred)
- Valid Michigan Drivers License (Required)
- Must pass a background check
- Experience working with children and/or background in Special Education, Psychology, Mental or Behavioral Health (preferred but not required)
- Energetic, empathetic, and passionate about working with children or adults with special needs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be involved in physical floor play including but not limited to bending and reaching
- Experienced RBTs MUST possess valid RBT credential number on the BACB website
Salary Description:
$19.00-$23.00
