About the Roles:
Health Readiness Resources is seeking Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals to support our Nation’s Service Members! Join our team as Periodic Health Assessment (PHA) and Mental Health Assessment (MHA) Specialists. This is a 100% remote, telehealth role focused on structured readiness assessments—no clinical documentation, diagnosis, or treatment planning required.

Role Overview:
As a PHA/MHA Specialist, you will:
- Conduct telehealth and video assessments (PDHRA, PHA, MHA) for U.S. Military service members.
- Review results and refer to physicians or Military Treatment Facilities when appropriate.
- Provide patient education and explain assessment outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and SC PHA requirements.
- Participate in provider audits as assigned.

Mandatory Requirements
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license (or certification where applicable) to practice independently in the state where assessments are conducted.
- Eligible professionals include: Social Workers, Psychologists, Marriage & Family Therapists, Professional Counselors, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatrists, etc.
- Maintain malpractice insurance as required by state regulations.
- Completion of MHA, PHA, and HIPAA compliance training (JKO provided).

- No clinical documentation required—all assessments are structured and completed in real time.
- Specialists do not provide diagnostic or treatment services.

Compensation & Details
- Salary: $40–$70 per hour
