Position Summary
The Manager of Signature Programs oversees the planning, coordination, implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement of all NAMI Signature Programs. The position serves as the primary staff liaison for volunteer facilitators and is responsible for program quality, volunteer credential management, scheduling, participant experience, reporting, and fidelity to NAMI National standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage all NAMI Signature Programs from planning through evaluation.
• Develop annual program schedules and coordinate participant registration.
• Ensure compliance with NAMI National standards and affiliate policies.
• Maintain facilitator certifications, recertifications, and volunteer credential records.
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and recognition.
• Track program outcomes and prepare reports.
• Maintain program materials, manuals, and documentation.
• Support NAMIWalks and other organizational initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required; MSW student or graduate preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience managing programs, volunteers, or nonprofit initiatives preferred.
• Passion for mental health, recovery, and community service.
