Mental Health Therapist

Wildflower Mental Health Therapy is a growing private practice in downtown Ann Arbor serving children, teens, adults, and university students. We are committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care in a warm, professional environment that supports both clinical excellence and clinician independence.

Position Overview
We are seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC or LMSW) to join our practice as a 1099 independent contractor. This role is ideal for an experienced, self-directed clinician who values autonomy and wants to grow a caseload without the administrative burden of running their own practice. You bring the clinical expertise; we handle the rest.

Clinicians provide individual therapy in-person and/or via telehealth, with the freedom to set their own schedule and manage their caseload using their own clinical judgment.

Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR
Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
Build and maintain a consistent caseload

Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Michigan license (LPC or LMSW) — full licensure required
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
