Psychotherapists

Casselman Wellness Center is a small psychotherapy practice located in downtown Ann Arbor. We are hiring fully licensed, master's-level psychotherapists for contractual positions. Therapists will provide outpatient psychotherapy services for 10 to 25 clients per week. Applicants must have experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to individuals. Experience providing couples therapy is strongly preferred. Therapists will work with the clinic director to build their caseload and will receive regular consultation on cases.

Casselman Wellness Center provides a flexible work schedule with the option of working both in-person and remotely. We also offer well furnished individual offices, individual and group consultation options, and provide all billing and administrative support.

Our practice is grounded in warmth, authenticity, and meaningful, evidence based clinical work. Our approach is relationship-centered and thoughtfully paced, allowing space for depth rather than volume. We believe therapy should feel human, collaborative, and genuine—a place where clients feel both supported and challenged in ways that foster real growth.
