We’re seeking clinicians who are:
- Regulated & embodied
- Trauma-informed & attachment-aware
- Skilled in depth-oriented therapy
- EMDR-trained or eager to train
- Warm, attuned, authentic
- Reflective, humble, and growth-driven
- Able to hold complex emotional experiences
- Values-aligned with our vision & Manifesto

We are not a fit for clinicians who:
- Prefer emotionally distant, surface-level work
- Avoid feedback or reflective practice
- Resist trauma-informed or relational approaches
- Struggle with authenticity, attunement, or emotional presence
