This work aligns with the State of Michigan's Sixty by 30 goal, aiming for 60% of Michigan residents to obtain some kind of postsecondary degree by 2030. I2A's initiatives involve three central elements: tailored virtual coaching and essay writing support, digital tools to reach students to scale, and a continuously expanding array of learning opportunities.

About the Role:

This individual will also co-supervise I2A's undergraduate student staff. They will collaborate closely with U-M units including the Center for Educational Outreach (CEO), Wolverine Pathways, U.P. Scholars, and more, as well as region/community-based partners throughout the State of Michigan. Supervision will be received by the LSA Student Recruitment's Assistant Director of Outreach and will work closely with them and the undergraduate recruitment team to meet the needs and goals of I2A.
