About the Asian Mental Health Collective (AMHC):
Drawing from the collective wisdom of our experiences across the Asian diaspora, AMHC is dedicated to cultivating a robust ecosystem of mental health care by and for the Asian community that weaves together clinical support, virtual community spaces, and peer support for providers, fostering personal and generational change.
Core approaches:
- We fund and connect Asian people with culturally informed clinical services to increase access to care.
- We build wide-reaching community spaces to foster conversation, connection, and peer support around mental health.
- We cultivate connections between Asian mental health providers to break isolation and build solidarity.
- We educate our community on mental health issues and socio-political conditions Asians face through approachable storytelling, online content creation, and community dialogue.

Administration

A note on the use of Generative AI in your application: We know that many applicants may choose to use Generative AI when compiling their application materials. If you do choose to use these tools, we encourage you to use them to enhance, rather than replace, your own writing and thoughts. We want to see applications that reflect your individual journey and fit for the role, rather than optimized writing by GenAI that is copied and pasted.
AMHC does not use AI in reviewing application materials—a human (or two) will read and personally evaluate each application submitted.
We anticipate receiving a high volume of applicants for this role. Please do not apply unless you meet all the required qualifications. All candidates must have authorization to work in the US. AMHC is not able to sponsor work permits.
