About the Role:
Growing, well-established evidence-based CBT practice is seeking a warm, affable, committed, and talented fully licensed or license-eligible clinical social worker to join us in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Limited license with experience will also be considered. The practice specializes in implementing more traditional and third wave behavior therapy, particularly ACT, DBT, and the mindfulness-based therapies with adults for short-term and more complex problem presentations. Supervision toward full licensure is available. Areas of expertise include the treatment of anxiety, depression, behavioral health, disordered eating, sexuality and gender concerns, Borderline Personality Disorder, and other difficulties for which CBT is appropriate. The practice is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, a tree-lined small city that was recently voted the nation’s best college town, the #13 best city to live in, the most educated city, and the 43rd best place to live in the country.
