Clinical Social Worker (LLMSW)

About the Practice:
Join a growing private practice in the heart of Ann Arbor dedicated to deep, transformative healing. We believe that providing exceptional care to our clients starts with providing exceptional support to our clinicians. We are currently seeking two motivated, compassionate Limited Licensed Master Social Workers (LLMSWs) to join our team as full-time contractors.

The Role: Clinical Growth & Excellence:
We are looking for clinicians eager to move beyond "brief behavioral interventions" and dive deep into the psyche. You will manage a full-time caseload of diverse clients while receiving intensive mentorship and training in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions (virtually and/or in-person in Ann Arbor).
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on a deep understanding of client systems.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Participate actively in weekly supervision and IFS-focused training modules.

Requirements
- Education: Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
- Licensure: Valid Michigan LLMSW (or eligible to receive one shortly).
- Clinical Interest: A genuine passion for depth-oriented work and a strong desire to master the IFS model.
- Logistics: Ability to manage a full-time 1099 contractor schedule and maintain professional liability insurance.
