About the Role:
Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors work directly with Veterans who have service-connected disabilities. In this role, counselors assess interests, abilities, and barriers to employment; develop individualized rehabilitation plans; provide counseling and career guidance; and coordinate training, education, and employment services to help Veterans achieve long-term success.
