About the Role:
Location: Lansing, MI
Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Child & Adolescent Outpatient Services Supervisor, this Mental Health Therapist will provide enhanced and outreach outpatient services across multiple levels of care. These services could include; enhanced therapy in the office setting, case management outreach activities, and coordination with providers both internally and externally with attendance at corresponding meetings. Population of focus will be youth and families. Specific training or experience with cognitive behavioral interventions and/or strength based treatment is highly preferred. There is an expectation for evening hours. Persons must be able to work well with others and have at least one year of experience working with children and families. Responsible for carrying out all activities of the program/sub-unit in such a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies and procedures.
