About Unwritten Endings:
Locations: Hartland & Howell, Michigan
At Unwritten Endings, we’re more than a therapy practice — we’re a close, supportive team that truly cares about one another and the community we serve. Every day, we feel grateful for the impact we get to make with children, teens, young adults, and families in Livingston County.

Our Mission:
“We are driven by a simple mission: to show up for youth and families with compassion, clarity, and steadiness, and to be a trusted, caring resource in our community.”

Why Our Team Loves Working Here:
We support each other. We check in, help out, and genuinely care. We feel proud of the work we do. Supporting youth and families is a privilege we don’t take lightly.
We collaborate closely. No one feels like they’re doing this work alone. We communicate openly. Supervision and teamwork are consistent and grounded. We value balance. We want therapists to feel steady, organized, and supported.

We also offer:
- $40 per session (W-2 model)
- Weekly individual clinical supervision
- Private, fully furnished therapy rooms (including stocked play-therapy materials)
- Strong referral flow — especially during after-school hours
- 3% employer retirement match
- 100% collection rate + no-show protection
- Unlimited unpaid time off

About the Role:
We are seeking an LLMSW who values meaningful work, strong supervision, and a team culture where you feel encouraged, appreciated, and part of something bigger. If you enjoy working with youth and families and want to be part of a grounded, supportive environment, you’ll feel right at home here.

What This Role Looks Like:
- Providing therapy to children, teens, young adults, and families
- Holding a caseload of 25–28 clients weekly
- Working 3–8pm, our highest-need and fastest-filling hours
- Participating in weekly supervision
- Completing documentation within 24 hours
- Collaborating with caregivers and schools when appropriate
- Maintaining strong ethics and boundaries
- Being part of a team that values connection, consistency, and community impact

You’re likely a great fit if you:
- Hold an LLMSW in Michigan (or will soon)
- Earned a graduate GPA of 3.7 or higher
- Are drawn to working with youth and families
- Appreciate structure, clarity, and support
- Value being part of a close, communicative team
- Are warm, grounded, organized, and ethical
- Are receptive to supervision and growth
- Want to make a meaningful impact in your community
