About the Role:
The Grants and Compliance Manager is a key member of the Girls Group and Fund Development team. This position is vital in keeping the lines of communication between Program and Fundraising going strong to help identify new funding opportunities and ensure accurate compliance reporting. This position is primarily responsible for:
- Helping to achieve the annual fundraising goals through procurement of new grants and securing of current funders, aiding in building out a robust pipeline of potential funders, and stewardship
