About the Role:
The Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in planning, implementing and overseeing select programs and activities. This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about youth development and has experience in program coordination. The Program Coordinator will work closely with staff, interns, volunteers and community partners to ensure the successful delivery of programs.

- Build one-on-one mentoring relationships with students that help them grow in confidence, leadership, and self-sufficiency.
- Create engaging group sessions where students try new activities, learn life skills, and celebrate their strengths.
- Amplify youth voice through leadership councils and agency-wide events.
- Partner with schools, families, and community members to support student success.
