Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapist

We are a mission-driven practice dedicated to the social and emotional wellbeing of neurodivergent individuals. Through therapy, coaching, and small-group gatherings, our staff is dedicated to supporting our clients as active, self-determined, and engaged members of their communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide neurodivergent-affirming therapy to children, youth, adults, and families
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate small groups
- Involve and advise caretakers and family when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
- Current licensure as a mental health therapist in Michigan
- Direct experience working with neurodivergent individuals
- Knowledge of and commitment to neurodivergent-affirming therapeutic practices and supports
- Ability to work flexible hours including afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Compensation:
- This is a contract position (1099)
- Fee split for services dependent on experience
