Our team champions collaboration, exploration, and asset-based coaching to empower students in their career journeys.
About the Career Coach Role:

- Workshop & Presentation Facilitation: Lead engaging workshops and small-group dialogues that leave a lasting impact.
- Special Projects: Own and execute a project aligned with key UCC initiatives—such as our Clothes Closet or the University Career Alumni Network (UCAN).
We’re Looking For:
- A master’s degree in student affairs, counseling, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in career coach or advising students
- Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding communication abilities
