Description

This position is a key part of OSCR's work to Build Trust, Promote Justice, and Teach Peace on campus. A successful candidate will embody the philosophies and principles of restorative justice, social justice, and conflict transformation. As a fundamental part of the OSCR team, this position is responsible for competent facilitation of all of OSCR's resolution pathways, with particular emphasis on the expert facilitation of adaptable conflict resolution pathways using restorative practices, such as conflict coaching, facilitated dialogue, restorative circle processes, and shuttle negotiation.

Responsibilities include education and outreach, case management, program management, conflict resolution, interdepartmental and intradepartmental coordination, and supervision of student, intern/practicum, and/or community/volunteer facilitators. Through all these core components of the role, the focus will be on building sustainable bridges and connections and transforming culture and community.
