Description
Headquartered at our Trenton location, the Autism Services Program provides comprehensive,
evidence-based care across Metropolitan Detroit, with a focus on Southern Downriver and Western
Wayne County. Our home-based program offers personalized interventions grounded in Applied
Behavior Analysis (ABA) that strive to support, celebrate, and empower the individuals we serve.
Job Description: Provide home-based services for personalized interventions grounded in Applied Behavior
Analysis (ABA) that strive to support, celebrate, and empower the individuals we serve.
Key Qualifications:
● High School diploma or equivalent.
● Valid driver’s license.
● Valid Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.
● Fingerprint and background check clearance.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or willingness
to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
● First aid/CPR certification (American Red Cross or similar) is preferred, but can be taught during
training.
● QBS/Safety Care certification (Quality Behavior Solutions).
● Must be eligible to work in the United States or provide proof of eligibility to work in the United
States.
