This course provides MSW students with an in-depth understanding of the unique cultural, social, and psychological aspects of working with Arab-American children and youth. Through a combination of lectures, discussions, and practical applications, students will develop cultural competency, sensitivity, and effective intervention strategies tailored to the needs of Arab-American families. The course aims to equip future social workers with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide culturally attuned and responsive services.
