Katie Doyle
Katie Doyle, MSW '97, MBA '13 is the executive director of Ozone House Youth and Family Services in Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor. Katie began her career working in the child welfare system in Chicago. She studied Interpersonal Practice at U-M SSW where she was a Civitas Fellow. After providing individual and family therapy with families involved in the child welfare system in Flint, she transitioned into management and leadership roles. She serves on several local, state, and national boards to help organizations meet the needs of homeless youth and their families, including homeless LGBTQ youth and youth experiencing trauma.

Research Interests/Focus

Leadership and strategy in social impact organizations, equity and inclusion, positive organizational culture, practice with youth who have experienced trauma and homelessness, LGBTQ+ youth
