OSS Academic Records Assistant
Nicole joined the Office of Student Services and Enrollment Management (OSS) team in 2025. Prior to that, she worked as an administrative assistant with U-M’s Center for the Education of Women+ (CEW+). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early and Middle Childhood Studies, with a minor in Disability Studies from The Ohio State University.
Within OSS, she’s part of the front office staff that assists prospective and current students with questions about the MSW program, the application process, and other student records. Much of her work happens behind the scenes, processing and maintaining MSW application and enrollment data.
She’s a friendly face who greets those who stop by in person, as well as a cheerful voice for those on the phone. She always does her best to ensure that, whether people meant to call us or not, they leave with more answers than questions. In her free time, she enjoys bird watching, swimming, reading, video games, spending time with family, and connecting with long-distance friends.
