Michelle joined the University of Michigan School of Social Work, Office of Student Services and Enrollment Management (OSS) team in 2007. She manages and improves processes in all areas of OSS including financial aid, admissions, and student services which allows OSS to be successful. In addition, Michelle develops and maintains information systems and processes for SW graduate application and SSW financial aid processing and notification.
She serves on the Merit Aid Advisory Group (MAAG), Admissions Systems Process (ASP), SSW Financial Aid, SSW Graduation, and SEED Orientation committees.
During Michelle’s work hours and personal time, there is always a lovely mug of coffee or tea nearby.
