Mary Boswell-Whitaker has dedicated 13 years to serving the School of Social Work in the Office of Student Services and Enrollment Management (OSS). As an Academic Records Assistant, she needs a strong understanding of academic records procedures and systems to identify and resolve complex inquiries, and to support students, faculty, staff and the university community.
Mary is also a UM-Dearborn student, pursuing coursework in Health and Human Services. Mary serves on the School of Social Work Staff Engagement Committee, the U-M Voices of the Staff and the Arts Initiative Committee. Through these roles, she helps create opportunities for staff engagement, collaboration, creativity, and connection across the university.
