Ramona Perry, PhD, MSW, MS, is a macro social worker, researcher, evaluator and educator whose work bridges social work practice, social psychology, mixed methods data and storytelling. She is managing partner at Emergence Collective, a woman-owned program evaluation consulting firm. Perry brings nearly 20 years of research experience, more than 10 years of consulting experience and more than 15 years of teaching experience. She is committed to making research rigorous, accessible and actionable in ways that honor community knowledge and support meaningful social change. She is a lecturer at the U-M School of Social Work and serves as a field instructor, hosting MSW students at Emergence Collective. She earned her PhD from U-M’s Joint Program in Social Work and Social Psychology. She lives in Detroit with her family.
