Briana Starks, MSW '19 and PhD '23, focuses on social policy evaluation and research. Starks is currently an evaluation researcher working with a multitude of federal agencies to design and conduct implementation studies and provide technical assistance to grantees. She has extensive qualitative research experience, and her substantive areas of focus are postsecondary education, social services, and two-generation policy and practice initiatives to empower low-income families.
