Dr. Cilene Susan Adam-Rita, PhD, currently extends her expertise in psychology and counseling to include the development of faith formation programs tailored for children and families. Drawing on her background in interpersonal practice and therapy, she integrates psychological insights with spiritual and developmental principles to create meaningful and effective programs. These initiatives are designed to nurture spiritual growth, promote healthy group dynamics and support the emotional and psychological well-being of both children and adults within the context of their faith communities. Adam-Rita's work underscores her commitment to holistic care, diversity and multiculturalism, and the integration of psychological and spiritual dimensions in fostering personal and community growth. She has worked with children, youth and adults in Brazil, Western New York and Southeast Michigan for nearly 25 years.
