Mr. Mallett has been Director of Pharmacy at Family Health Center Inc. since 2004. Previously, he was a Staff Pharmacist with Walmart and also worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Eli Lilly and Company. He graduated from Kalamazoo College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Science. Tim then graduated Ferris State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy.
Tim is very active with the Michigan Primary Care Association and chairs the Michigan 340b Pharmacist’s Coalition. He also sits on the Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee for Health Plan Management Systems. At the Family Health Center, he is on the PI, P&T and Controlled Substance committees. Currently Tim also has responsibility for Quality, Patient Centered Medical Home and LEAN process improvement initiatives. In the past he has had oversight of Medical Records, Managed Care, Marketing and WIC.
