Taggert J. Doll, MS Manager Child and Adolescent Health Integration Unit Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Mr. Doll earned his Bachelor and Master Degrees from Central Michigan University, majoring in Nutrition. Upon graduating he began working in state-level public health programs in nutrition and teen pregnancy prevention. Taggert has been working with MDHHS for over 10 years in the area of adolescent health. For the nine years he has worked with the Child and Adolescent Health Center Program, a program that funds school-based health centers in Michigan. Mr. Doll is currently the Child and Adolescent Health Integration Unit Manager and he oversees the health center program as well as the school-based hearing and vision programs, school nursing programs and the Adolescent Mental Health Initiative.
