Dr. Kirsten Greer is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Kinsey Institute and a researcher with the Disability and Sexual Health Initiative. Her work focuses on advancing sexual health equity, with a particular focus on underserved populations. She is currently leading research examining sexual health behaviors and condom use practices among blind and low vision adults, including a feasibility study that represents the first implementation of the KI-HIS intervention within this population.
Dr. Greer has received both internal and external funding in support of her research. In addition, she has an established line of scholarship exploring how technology and media shape sexual health engagement among adolescents and emerging adults. Her work has been widely disseminated through peer-reviewed publications and presentations at national and international conferences.
