Dr. Harmes is a graduate of the U-M Medical School (2001), where she also completed her residency training (2004) and was co-chief resident. Before joining the Department of Family Medicine at U-M, she was in private practice in Stanwood, Mich., a small family practice north of Grand Rapids. Dr. Harmes' clinical interests include women's health and adolescent health. She is the medical director at Dexter Family Medicine and the Director of the Department's iniative, Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). She sees patients at Family Medicine at Dexter Health Center.
