Elise McNulty, LMSW, PMH-C, is a dedicated social worker with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University and earned her Master’s degree with a specialty in Family Systems from Wayne State University. Since 2017, Elise has been an integral part of the Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, where she began as a Behavioral Health Care Manager and now serves as the manager of the Behavioral Health Collaborative Care Program.
Elise is passionate about supporting adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and women’s issues, and she is certified in Perinatal Mental Health. Alongside her leadership role, Elise also maintains a private practice, where she works primarily with women as they navigate life’s unique challenges.
Elise lives in Canton and cherishes time spent reading, being with her children, and enjoying the outdoors with her Australian Shepherd, Coco.
