This course presents advanced topics in interpersonal practice. The topics may include emerging practice methods, advanced application of methods covered in other required methods courses, and applications of methods in specific populations.

This is a practical application mini-course focusing on the evidence based treatment for obsessive compulsive disorder, exposure and response prevention. Detailed treatment plans will be included for all subtypes of OCD. Additionally, diagnosis and treatment overviews will be provided for OC related disorders including hoarding disorder, body dysmorphic disorder, trichotillomania and other body focused repetitive behavior disorders. Cognitive-behavioral assessment methods will be infused throughout the course. The course will include class demonstrations and role-plays, session videotapes and interactive classroom instruction.
