Matthew Chin successfully defended his dissertation, "Enacting Politics through Art: Encounters between Queer and Trans of Color Organizers and the Canadian State" and obtained his PhD in Social Work and Anthropology. Dr. Chin has accepted a position with Columbia University as an Ethnographic Researcher.
