Professor Matthew Smith is quoted in an MSN article about his research. A new study shows that Virtual Reality Job Interview Training, which has been developed by Smith and his Level Up Lab, is particularly helpful in providing those returning from incarceration the opportunity to practice their interview skills and boost their confidence.
"Implementing virtual job interview training within vocational services could bridge a critical gap in employment readiness, thereby helping returning citizens to overcome barriers to employment," said Smith.
