Leadership Talk with Marcella Wilson, Matrix Human Services

The Leadership in Community Benefit Organizations Program is hosting a Leadership Talk with Marcella Wilson, CEO of Matrix Human Services about her leadership journey and tips for emerging leaders. As the President and CEO of an accredited, comprehensive human service organization, she is responsible for overall operations for 18 distinct programs at 28 locations. Her responsibilities include management, marketing, board and fund development, and evaluation. Programming includes, but is not limited to, the largest Head Start Program in Detroit, MI; residential programs; low income housing, prisoner re-entry, senior, youth, and after school programs, prevention programs, and community center management.
Lunch will be served at this event.
